How to remove a Samsung account

We cannot accept any devices that are still logged into a Samsung account. Thankfully, it's easy to remove! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. In Settings, tap Accounts, and backup
  2. Tap Accounts, and then select Samsung account
  3. Enter your PIN, pattern or password
  4. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner
  5. Tap Sign out
  6. Review the information, and then tap Sign out
  7. Enter your password to verify your identity, and then tap OK
